Returns + Refunds
I want you to love your artwork! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the policy below:
Original Artwork
Original paintings may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Artwork must be returned in its original condition.
- Artwork must be shipped in its original packaging whenever possible.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds will be issued after the artwork has been received and inspected.
Damaged Artwork
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of:
- The artwork
- The packaging
- Any visible damage
A replacement, repair, or refund will be arranged as appropriate.
Commissioned Artwork
Due to the custom nature of commissioned artwork, all commission sales are final and non-refundable once work has begun.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to damage or an error on my part. I offer free shipping on artwork $100+.
